If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us with the order number, a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise and any instructions regarding exchanges or whether you would like an online store credit, less shipping costs within 14 business days of receipt of item(s) and we will provide you with specific instructions on where to send the return. Online store credit will be valid for one year from date of return.

In addition, SALE ITEMS, undergarments, hats, swimwear, art and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. These are FINAL SALE items. Opened CD's cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. USPS Priority Mail takes 3-5 business days, Rush shipping takes 2-3 days and Express shipping takes 1-2 days. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time.) If you need to receive your package by a certain date, we recommend using express shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.
